Another Month Passes

I've been pretty slack lately with keeping up to date here - no posts in a month. I really need to try and keep up to date with this, becuase if nothing else I think its a good way to record my thoughts and see where I am at with my game. I will be posting more regularly.

May was a so-so month after the powerhouse that was April. May saw me get comfortable at 10nl, and even dabble at 25nl once my BR cleared $300. That was a total debacle ... I lost my initial buying second hand with AA in the SB, to a massive over raise with the board Q J 8 from memory, two diamonds on the board. I read the massive over bet as him trying to protect top pair with a hand like AQ ... but no, he had JJ and I lost the stack. Turn and river were 9's so my second hand of 25nl I had AA and ran into a full house.

Not too discouraged though. Basically I will rebuild back to $300 and take another stab. I was thinking of trying back on Stars (the AA was on UB), but with a fresh fifty dollar referrer bonus (thanks Juzlee) in my UB account it makes a lot more sense to play there for a while.
